FigCraft 0.3.1 was published on October 11, 2026, wrapping up the 0.3.0 work. This summary follows the official release notes.

Collaboration begins

  • The real-time collaboration protocol and core: ids, change sets, server ordering and convergence.
  • Live sessions: host from the app, invite links, live cursors and presence; per-user undo, rejections and reconnect.

Plugins

FigCraft gained sandboxed WebAssembly plugins — its own plugin system, not Figma's.

Vectors and effects

  • Variable-width strokes, a transform box and point snapping in vector edit mode, and arc handles on the canvas.
  • Effects fidelity: backdrop blur in clipped frames, exact shadow spread, glass, noise and texture, and progressive blur.

Prototyping and Dev Mode

  • Device rotation, presentation scaling, scroll momentum and responsive presentation; conditionals built in the interaction editor and hotspot hints.
  • Dev Mode: component code, annotations, Ready for dev, compare changes and focus view.

Speed, files and access

  • 50,000-layer files render zoomed out, with faster save and load.
  • SVG import fidelity, PDF print options (bleed, marks, CMYK) and REST import of conditional and variable-mode actions.
  • Accessibility: screen reader names and a keyboard navigation mode.
  • The web build uses a size-optimised profile: 27.0 MB → 18.1 MB of WebAssembly.

At this release the authors re-measured FigCraft against Figma 126.10.7 at about 46% ready.
